Main Shoot Day

Today was the day of our final shoot. We were all pretty excited. We went through our checklists of props and the production schedule.

The team arrived at 3pm and we started to get out sets ready.

We set up our fort which took about 30 mins to build since it involved a lot of pins and human effort and sweat to build. As you can see below in the picture we made our own lighting. We took a bulb and put white cloth on it to create a DIY Softy Light for our shoot.

By 3:30 we had already finished with the set up. We decided to use this multicolour light to add a more neon and homey feel to the Pillow Fort set.

Finally, we got our couch ready as well for the shoot.

At first, it was only a pain couch, so we added some colourful pillows and fairy lights and vines to create more colour and add some depth to the video.

We were finally ready for the shoot and the actor had arrived too. These ar some pictures and videos from the behind the scenes footage.

Overall, we had a lot of fun shooting the video. We got to know each other better and we ate a lot of popcorn in the outtakes.
