Digipak shoot: Inside Panels

For our inside panels, we decided to create a graphic art.

Our rough idea was to create a red background piece with a blavk and white potrait in the centre and then draw doodles around it, to create a a raw and handwritten feel to it. In order to do so, we had to conduct a photoshoot.

Since both of us live far away from each other, I decided that I will conduct the shoot myself at home. I asked my dad if he would be willing to model and he was quite enthusiastic about it. Here is the process.

I used Adobe Lightroom for editing because its an easy app to use and it has incredible Noir properties. I read that in order to take conrete BnW photos one must use HDR modes. And hence I did that same. I was pretty content with the results so i proceeded to edit in Adobe Photoshop Express.

The final result looked ravishing so we were pretty proud of how it turned out. I doodled the lines and brush straokes on and it looked pretty authentic. Here are the results.
