Music has come a long way since being only available on shelves to being free and accessible by everyone. Artists release their musical content on sites that are specifically made to showcase music to a worldwide audience.

Spotify and iTunes are one of the major international music streaming sites that are used worldwide by millions of people.

Spotify

Spotify is a digital music, podcast, and video streaming service that gives you access to millions of songs and other content from artists all over the world. Basic functions such as playing music are totally free, but you can also choose to upgrade to Spotify Premium.

iTunes

iTunes is a piece of software that lets you add to, organize and play your digital media collection on your computer, as well as sync it to a portable device. It’s a jukebox player along the lines of Songbird and Windows Media Player, and you can use it on a Mac or Windows machine.

Which site would we use for Streaming Boys?

We would prefer to release the single Boys on iTunes, Spotify as well as regional music streaming services such as Gaana, Saavn ansd JioMusic. Since we are Indians and we have a huge audience who use the regional apps. To cater to them we would like to release on as many platforms as we can.
